Beth is a dynamic construction professional with a deep commitment to scaling energy efficiency. Based in RI, she has a track record of delivering innovative single family and missing middle residential projects, particularly in net zero and passive house construction.

Beth's professional journey began with “tool bags on”, graduating in time to Estimator, Project Engineer, and Project Manager at vanguard design/build firms. As a Special Projects Manager at Bensonwood's Unity Homes, she focused on improvements to the field of high performance, panelized construction.  

In her current role at the construction software startup Seamless, Beth lends her knowledge of the industry to leverage offsite and high performance construction in support of IECC 2030 goals. 

Beth's roles also include Phius Certified Passive House Builder trainer, delivering content on building science, construction methods, and high performance theory to support the industry in scaling knowledgeable professionals.
