Andy & Barbara Lee: All of our friends and family know well at this point that we love our house and take great pride in it. Devens is an up-and-coming town full of potential and growth. Emerson Green also recognized this attribute and have since taken advantage. Their close-knit, family-oriented neighborhoods are progressive, efficient, and holistic. With energy performance as a priority, all of their homes are net-zero and solar panel-ready. These qualities greatly impacted Barbara and I’s home search; we knew that we wanted to leave a smaller carbon footprint. With three daughters and six grandchildren, their futures and how we can positively impact them have always been a priority for us. With these elements in mind, Emerson Green also gave us the opportunity to meet and truly connect with diverse families, all looking to live in consideration of the environment.
