About

Promoting quality and equity in design with a focus on belonging, inclusion, interdependence of life on earth, high performance solutions, affordable just housing, and community-enriching uses. 

Erika believes in practical and enduring design that embraces community and addresses societal and individual needs. She has performed the role of project architect and project manager on many new construction, renovation, and adaptive reuse projects for multifamily buildings. She also has experience with hospitality and retail buildings, including a boutique hotel and several restaurants. Her skills include programming, site/zoning analysis, schematic design, design development, energy modeling, permitting, cost estimating, construction documents, and contract administration, among others. Erika is a Certified Passive House Consultant, a LEED Accredited Professional, a pool and open water swimmer, and a Registered Architect in Massachusetts. She received a M. Arch from Boston Architectural College and a B.A. from Mount Holyoke College.
