Lucile O’Callaghan (formerly Walgenwitz) is a Structural Design Specialist for the Turner Engineering Group (TEG) of Turner Construction Company. She provides expertise in structural design, analysis, and construction for all types of buildings, performing design and constructibility reviews. She is an active member of the Turner Embodied Carbon Network and sits on the ASHRAE/ICC Standard 240P Committee, which develops a standard methodology for quantifying greenhouse gas emissions of buildings over their lifecycle.
O’Callaghan has 16 years of industry experience with an emphasis on innovative structural designs and close collaboration with architects. She joined Turner Construction in 2018.
O’Callaghan is a licensed Professional Engineer in California. She holds a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Ecole des Ponts ParisTech in France.
