Wight & Company Chief Sustainability Officer Megan Zack, AIA, LEED AP, WELL AP is an industry champion for sustainable design and minimizing the environmental impact of the built environment. With a proven track record that includes the first LEED Gold high-rise apartment building in Chicago, Megan strives to demystify the sustainability process and help clients realize their goals and reach beyond zero to a net positive future. Her role at Wight is to champion buildings with ZERO carbon and energy while at the same time maximizing wellness. She is highly regarded by clients, colleagues, and peers for her ability to make sustainable design practices achievable and affordable without compromising design excellence.
Megan has a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago, a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from DePaul University, and is a Registered Architect in Illinois.
