About
The redevelopment of 1005 Broadway, which serves as a gateway to Chelsea from Revere, will create 38 affordable homes for families, along with a new, public, pocket park and a walking path along the banks of Mill Creek. The project will restore a long-vacant and blighted parcel that formerly housed a Midas Muffler, to help meet the needs of the surrounding community while enhancing public access to the Chelsea waterfront.
