About
The project team plans to build an energy-efficient and sustainable structure that will follow the PHIUS+ Core passive house design standard, be LEED BD+C Multifamily Midrise v4 Gold certifiable, and be certified under the ENERGY STAR Multifamily New Construction program. As part of the PHIUS+ Core passive house certification, the team expects the project to earn the EPA Indoor AirPLUS certification which will further support the project goal of maintaining high indoor air quality. Energy efficiency, high indoor air quality, and occupant health will be the main focal points of this project.
