About
The Coolidge Residences at Brookline aspire to be an exemplar of sustainable design for multi-family residential projects. The residential tower is planned to be approximately 218,000 sf, with 143 residential units. The 14-story building will include a café, fitness and other amenity spaces. The project is pursuing PHIUS passive house, and ILFI Zero Carbon, and LEED platinum certifications. The heating and cooling for all spaces is planned to be supplied via distributed ground source heat pumps. Hot water will be provided with a ground source heat pump heater with a central hot water storage tank.
