About

Designed to Enterprise Green criteria and the first affordable Passive House building in Massachusetts, Finch Cambridge prioritizes holistic sustainable principles while staying laser focused on energy and resilience. Inspired in form and materiality by the urban wildland of Fresh Pond Reservoir across the street, the fa├žade is warm and playful, with tree-like columns and roof lines like spreading wings. The 98 units feature contemporary finishes, open kitchens and all electric HVAC systems designed for healthy, comfortable living and low utility bills. Exterior and interior amenity spaces are thoughtfully connected to promote Active Design and clear navigation. On the top floor, residents can enjoy spectacular views in a series of amenity spaces. A soaring, multipurpose community room and adjacent roof deck will be used for social programming and services, as well as passive survivability. Nearby laundry, study nooks and a resident lounge allow families to balance domestic and other needs while remaining proximate.
