Harbor Village, located at 206 Main Street in the heart of Gloucester’s downtown, will be a brand-new mixed-use development consisting of 30 residential one, two, and three-bedroom affordable rental units, 3 ground floor commercial space, and 30 off-street parking spaces. Harbor Village is approximately two blocks from City Hall and the waterfront and directly adjacent to most of downtown Gloucester’s amenities and jobs. An integral part of the project is the partnership between two non-profits: North Shore Community Development Coalition, an experienced developer of affordable and mixed-use projects, and Gloucester’s own Action, Inc. a Community Action Agency serving residents of Gloucester and other local communities, providing quality services that change lives and help people move up the ladder of economic opportunity for more than 50 years
