There is an exterior mechanical yard on the second floor. The second floor consists of gallery space and a fitness room. The mezzanine consists of a restaurant and associated kitchen. Guest rooms are located on levels 3 through 22, and a meeting space with a bar and terrace can be found on the 22nd floor, which is intended for hotel guests only. The gross enclosed square footage of the project is just below 150,000 ft².
