About
Vanderweil engineers provides MEP engineering and sustainable design for the fit-out of 600,000 sf of lab and office space in Cambridge. The building's owners will be the sole occupant of the 16-story research component of the building. The building will also include more than 15,000 sf of publicly accessible all-season flexible space and a 300-seat theater. The fossil-fuel-free project is targeting net-zero energy as well as LEED Platinum, LBC Core certification, and Fitwel /WELL certification.
