Renovation of the "Bachand house" in Worcester at the Broad Meadow Brook Nature Sanctuary. The house is renovated, with an addition, total square feet about 6,200, plus a 2,000 square foot porch. It is for summer camp on rainy days and classroom and office use the rest of the year. Mass Audubon wanted the building to be very efficient, and has targeted Net Zero Energy (NZE) as a project goal.
