About
Vanderweil Engineers provides MEP/FP and sustainability consulting for the 33,000 sf renovation and addition to the historic mansion. The project aims to create a dynamic educational environment replete with training labs, meeting and education areas, an amphitheater, and visitor and function areas. The building is being designed for all-electric net-zero operation, with envelope upgrades, air-source heat pumps and parking canopy PV, targeting WELL Gold and LEED Platinum.
