Matt joined The Green Engineer in 2012 as a Senior Sustainability Consultant. Matt’s expertise includes cross-discipline team collaboration, technical understanding of relevant requirements, and helping project owner’s and teams to realize their commitments and goals within their projects. He assists architects and other consultants in the pursuit of multiple third-party certifications including managing the LEED submittal process and coordinating the documentation required for the certification application to the USGBC. Matt also works in support of the sustainable design requirements of zoning for Boston’s Article 37 and Cambridge’s Article 22.
Matt often works on office/lab core shell and residential projects. Additionally, he has significant experience with higher education academic and administrative projects as well as public education projects. Matt holds a M. Arch in Architecture from Wentworth Institute of Technology and received B.S. in Architecture from Wentworth.
