335 Eighth Avenue is a new mixed-income apartment 
building in the heart of Manhattan’s Chelsea 
neighborhood. The seven-story building promises a 
diverse array of offerings, including 190 rental units, gym, 
workspaces for residents, event space with catering 
kitchen, pet amenity, community facility, landscaped 
courtyard and rooftop, as well as a 23,000-square-foot 
Lidl supermarket that will cater to the daily needs of 
residents and visitors alike. With a blend of residential 
amenity spaces and ground-floor retail, 335 Eighth 
Avenue aims to redefine urban living in Chelsea with a 
commitment to community and inclusivity. This fully 
electrified building, including the HVAC and domestic 
hot water heating system, is being designed for Passive 
House and LEED Gold certifications.
