About
555 Greenwich Street raises the bar for sustainable and high-performing buildings in NYC. Expected to achieve a LEED Platinum certification, the 16-story, 270,000 gross square foot (gsf) Class A office building was designed from the start with energy efficiency as a priority. Utilizing cutting-edge techniques such as radiant heating and cooling, fossil fuel-free heat pumps, on-demand ventilation, installation of new geothermal piles, and storing thermal energy in the concrete superstructure, 555 Greenwich Street expects to exceed New York City’s 2030 climate targets for commercial office buildings by over 45% and will meet the city’s 2050 carbon neutrality goal.
The building’s design also puts the health, wellbeing, and overall experience of its occupants at the forefront, with an abundance of high-quality collaborative spaces and open-air terraces. 555 Greenwich will seamlessly connect to the adjacent 345 Hudson Street to create large floor plates and expansive light-filled spaces.
