I hail from northern MN, and really enjoy the upgrade in Boston weather. I have a Bachelor of Architecture and Environmental Studies from Iowa State University and a Dual Masters in Architecture and Urban Design from the University of North Carolina - Charlotte. I worked at Phius in the early days and that learning set me on my career path. I care about making communities pleasant places to live in terms of reducing overall energy use and preserving open space, and implementing urban design principles to achieve healthy, walkable, enjoyable places.
